My sister's 3100 encountered last days a problem, when i push the go to button the phone restarts. I can't even change the settings of the go to menu from the settings main menu. Can you help me solve the problem?

This is a common problem in nokia phones . After restart the phone select go to option via settings and change now your problem will resolved
