hey all,
i just want u to introduce my Do It Yourself
boomPOD
here are some pics:
What I Did?
I have found a pair of old speakers and dissasembled them to take their amplifier from them. The one i found was workin with 9V DC, and the sound power was enuff.
Then i have bought a 3in1 box speaker which is used in car audio systems normally.
I put the Amplifier, a dry Lead/Acid battery (i dunno what it is called exactly) which is 6V(and it is enuff) into the 3in1 speaker box. I leave two cables to the out of the box to 1)connect to ipod, 2) to easily charge.
i have done some shitty things to make the battery stay at where it is, cos when i move the box it was moving in the box and crashing the walls of the box etc...
whatever, i now have a portable boomPOD, which can give 4 hours of 80WATTS pure sound from my pink 4giga ipd mini
just wanted to share with ya'll and learn your thoughts...
P.S.: i want to thank to
spuddle for his high efforts bout helpin me to find a proper battery ...
