The K700 is fetching a great price at this site but I would love some feedback from all Esato users who ordered from there before. Would love to know how the order experience was and their customer service and support. Would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I bought a car-100 off of them, I recived it on time, but there customer support leaves something to be desired. I had a problem with the car on the second day I had it, so I sent them an e-mail to return it. They never responded, I didn't follow up because the problem corrected itself. Maybe they never recived my e-mail, I don't know, but I would probably do business with them again.

I bought a cigarette power adapter for my K750i from them last week after finding they were the only US site I could find that offered it. It shipped quickly and the price was right and it was exactly what I needed -- the original SE adapter.
I printed catalogue came in the box with some of their smart phone and GPS products.
I'd buy from them again.
