Just thought I would gloat a little, I lost my Ericsson T68m and got it replaced through Vodafone Five Star Insurance for a Sony Ericsson T68i!!! How lucky was that?!?!?!?
Goes to prove that Vodafone is the best network every time!

no it doesn't! It just proves that there are few t68 recons available, i know of 3 people on various networks that have 'lost' phones and got same treatment.
