Is there anyway of making the games start up at full volume?. All mine start at half volume which is stupidly quiet, even on max volume you can't hear it unless you are inside and in a relatively quiet room.

What's even more annoying is the way that you can't alter the volume until the music or sound effects start playing, so you can't even change sound when you want, only when the music has already been on.
