on the contrary...if he eats responsibaly the rest of the day then it is most healthy for him...the more carbs at the start of the day...the longer you run

Axxxr - Yes, does look unhealthy doesn't it! I usually have a light breakfast at home, but occasionally my work colleagues and I go for a breakfast at a local cafe, usually if there's something to celebrate - someone's birthday, finishing a big job in the office, etc. Today was one of those days as I'm off on holiday tomorrow to Canada for 3 weeks.

Trogdor - I wouldn't say there were a whole lot of carbs on that plate! I run marathons, so do take care over what I eat, but I figure a big fry-up once in a while won't do any harm!

I had a coco pops and coffee this morning, toasted cheese and egg with portuguese chilli sauce and a coke for brunch, and hopefully some ahkni for lunch!!
