I am selling a phone. And the buyer wants to pay via "Money order" GBP as they ar overseas. Does anyone know what this is? a quick google search didnt come up with much

Is it safe?

lol no... quebec. i aske him about it. and he said it was like a cash cheque. And he would pay me first before i sent the phone. Is there anyway he could scam me and take his money back?
