Hello All! I need help, When i plug my P900 into my "thing" (cant think of the name) that allows me to access 'my p900' from my pc. it says not connected, when i put the phone into the socket the green light is alight, what it wrong.

this "thing" is your phones cradle? but for the problrm are you sure you have the sync station installed?

when i installed the pc suite i didnt it automaticaly so i expect everything to be installed so im not sure what the problem is?
