This problem has been addressed loads of times on these forums.
A firmware upgrade should solve your problem.

where did you buy the phone from? you need to take it to your nearest sony ericsson service centre and yes it should be free. If you are in the uk then carphonewarehouse stores with a repair centre will probably do it for you and if you ask nicely they probably wont charge either.

All this has been discussed before. You really should use the search function before posting.
To get you starting you should read through this thread (and I mean read it, don't go posting your questions without looking at the posts)
the K750 firmware overview:

@tom It can be done at home via the SEUS (on se site) and the supplied data cable. Saves you the hassle of going to a SE serv. point.

shouldnt matter because it is such a new model there is no way it can be outside it's warranty. And the warranty is honourd regardless of who owns the phone. you just need to find your nearest service centre in what ever country your in. Or if you do some research you can purchase credits and cables to upgrade the firmware yourself using the internet. search for the likes of davinchi etc.

but if u have no experiences with self-upgrade, let it rather done by experts and pay for it to avoid bugs later.

You don't have to do that. SE provides a FREE upgrade service from their web site. Just use the data cable that came with your k750. BTW, you'll probably loose your waranty if you use a 3rd party firmware like DaVinci.
