> How can i watch DVD's on my PS2 ?

I got a PS2 with a modchip in it, i tried watch some DVD's on it but it didn't work, when i insert the DVD, it goes to the menu where i can choose between the CD/DVD and the Memory Card.
When i click on the DVD, it goes back to the menu... what can i do ?

what region is ure ps2?
btw i have a uk ps2, and ever since i opened it, its been able to play import dvd's, amazingly!

hmm my uncle bought 100 SE T100's and Sony sent him a PS2 as a gift...
i think it's european version...

Before you play a movie you will have to load a boot-cd in your PS2. This boot-cd starts a program like DVD regionX. Normally this boot-cd comes with the modchip.
