Has anyone else experienced this?

I have a P910i on O2, My ring tone is set to O2 default, I have checked that this is so!

Every now and then it does not ring though it just beeps!
Not all the time just every now and then someone may call me and it only beeps, 10 min later the same person will call and it will ring!
Its very odd!

Can it be Solved?

So anyone with a similar problem can find this I have added some search words
"sounds problem"
"Ring tone keeps changing"
"losing ring tone"
"ringtone problems"

the ring can change if u change the theme for example...

I had a similar problem when I downloaded the "old Fashioned ringtone"The problem was the download was corrupted somehow so the phone kept switching to the default ringtone.I deleted the file off my phone and re-installed it from another source and it solved the problem

Are you constantly changing the ringtones name??

coz if u select a ringtone in profiles, then go and rename the ringtone it goes into a random ringtone... or default ring!
