I bought bluetooth-usb connector..
And i have installed all software...
I can transfer all kind of documents but I can't transfer videos...
writes download failed...
I don't know why the videos can't be transferred ??

What video format are you trying to transfer? Maybe you tried to transfer video that's in unsupported format?

3gp is supported surely, but unless i'm wrong even if it isn't, phone should save it on card.
how do you transfer files and what error message exactly do you get?

I use program BlueSoleil to transfer files from mobile phone to PC ...
first i run detecting item in program and bluetooth program recognize my mobile phone ..
then I pair pc and mobile..
then i run serial port service in program and enable port which is used for transferring..
all kind of documents I can transfer, only videos can't be transferred to PC..
It says "download failed"..
help !

i havent tried that one. i'm using either float's mobile agent 2 or sw i got with bt dongle. try with fma2 first. it's free sw, very good tool also
