Is sync station seeing the phone, once connected - does the little icon in the system tray move to show connection in progress and then the phone icon displaid?
Have you configured sync station to sync the phone with outlook and set what items you want to sync?

Are you using Outlook? If yes, do you get a question asking whether you want to let another program in?

Have you updated Outlook from the MS Office website? - before that try Detect and Repair from the Outlook Help menu

I have solved my Sync Problem!! I was told by SE that the fact that my phone icon never appeared although my (black) connection icon said connected, was due to other conflicts on my computer & not thier problem. After reinstalling the PC Suite software a number of times with various options, nothing worked. It was only when I put my phone on my mate's cradle (goodisor) that I realised that my problem persited on his PC - he had a different sync problem that did the same thing my cradle. We both reset our phones and now we have no problems (to date).

Femi.
First do a full backup from the sync station then go to control panel...other....and select master reset.Once you have restarted your phone put it back on the sync station(dont restore yet) and select synchronize.lt should solve your problem. What other applications have installed on your phone?

Hi,
do the phone connection icons show up?:
Have you allowed your firewall access? I think theres a few applc, mRouter being one (anyone else know the rest)?
Also, right click my computer, select properties, select the hardware tab, then device manager. does it show an "!" or similar next to SEMC DSS SyncStation? (of it does it will show automatically without having to expand trees).
If it does, you need to install the drivers, from the original CD. If you need help, let me know.
