well I know its annoying. Just use this IP address: 194.237.106.73 with any data account in your phone and you will be able to download chunks through WAP.

It depends on how old the version of your WAP Gateway is, older ones managed 3k limits as a maximum - your network provider needs to update the Gateway to a newer version that will support large downloads.
