the latest advise i had from a local service point is that the R4A008 is the latest.
anyway, are you having problems with your phone? be wary of getting the latest firmware, sometimes the results are not what you expect.
if it ain't broke, dont fix it.

R4A008 is still the latest... for most language versions... but one of the US version has R4B as the latest...

I just had my T39m upgraded to R4A European version (from Smartnet). What's new with this version? It fixed the font inconsistency (e.g. removed the Chinese font).
Other than that, are there any other changes? I'm still having the same problems when 'reply.. include this message' and when forwarding SMS messages. The original message doesn't get included and texting gets disabled. This happen everytime after receiving several messages.. It gets resolved though after turning the power off and on.
Has any T39m user encountered this??? Please let me know..
