Just been trying to update my p910 via the SE update service but i seam to have a problem.
I have found an update is availabe for my phone but after i have ticked all the boxes stating my pc and phone are ready for updating i click next and nothing happens. A new blank (apart from the SE logo) web page appears and thats it.
Please Help

I initially had exactly the same problem.
Have you got Java installed? I also have to turn off zonealarm when I update, no worries cos I'm behind a hardware firewall

I had exactly the same problem on my Windows XP SP1 machine (with Java installed, no firewall, IE6). Tried it so many times and still didn't work.

So i used my old Win2000 machine and it worked perfectly. So I didn't investigate further cuz it's only a once in a blue moon thing.

I had the same problem. I downloaded the new pc suite, sysnc station drivers and java. Everything worked fine after that. Try checking if you have the latest pc suite, sync station drivers and java. I use win XP sp2.

Hope it works.

question...

i have the CDA162006/59- R3A02 on my p910i, i went to the se update service to update to R5A02 but...

i get the message:
For CDA162006/59, the Agend version is R3A02.
NO NEED for update.

i did the update...and i still have the R3A02.

can someone explain me why doesn't the update service updates my software to R5A02 ?

thank you
