Hi!
Where can I turn on/off to show my telephone number when I call someone?

Try this:
1. Press the number you want to call.
2. Scroll in the menu to 'Call info'.
3. Chose 'Next call'.
4. Chose 'Hide my number' or 'Show my number'.

Yes I know this option, but it is very very circular if I have to do this every time I call someone!
Isn't there any global option for all calls, like in the Nokia phones?

Borrow a nokia phone, and modify your SIM card settings for it. Or ask your operator for assistance
