i tried updating my phone K750i from R1J to R1L(I suppose)

i tried many methods update all drivers to newest etc, using firefox etc...all the ways i can think but still get this message...i am really fustrated

any ideas guys?!thank in advance

i have tried already still same...is it because i am using the third party USB cable??but the cable works fine for other functions...strange

Ok. This is the first time you've tried to update, yes? Strange you're using a third-party cable - you should of got an original cable with your phone...

However, have you installed the "Update Service USB driver" ???
