i wouldnt say they're MAJOR scracthes on it, but still...its such a nice phone, and i want it to look neat lol
iv got 3moths free insurance.....so do u think carphone warehouse repair centre will replace the casing, even though they're minor scracthes?
If they dont, im gna say, jus imagine if this was ur ferrari lol....wudnt u get it fixed if it got scratched? dat will keep him quite lol

does ur ferrari insurance cover the scratches that occur due to driving at 200 miles/hr down the wrong side of the road?

I doubt they'd replace it. Not unless there was something technically wrong with the phone. If you really are despearate for them to change it you could always trash it a bit more.
Also I'd suggest getting a pivot silicon case for your phone, they look really smart and offer great protection. It'd even cover the scratches.

If you are so much concerned then pay for the new casing if those insurance guys dont give you a new one.
in my opinion, i'd not be changing coz the scratches are minor as you say. and also 2 months have gone by.

If you're worried that they won't replace it because the "scratches are minor" then just add some scratches that AREN'T so minor

+1
Scratches are not covered under standard insurance policies! Just cough up for a replacement fascia, they are cheap enough!
