Hi as above. i convert my videos to 3gp and they dont seem to playback sound. Sorry im new to all this, any suggestions?

Sound problems also occur as a result of directshow codec mismatch between media player and mpegable. Although i cant explain too much anout this, this problem usually happens to me when i format my pc and reinstall all softwares.
The solution in this case is to uninstall and reinstall both media player (windows media player) and mpegable x4 live.
Preferably, reinstall WMP 1st and then reinstall mpegable
