hello all. I'M running Linux (Ubuntu), and ive been burning CDs using K3B. for some reason, when i burn the CD the 2nd half of the CD gets fuzzy... i can still hear the music... but it sounds like the speaker is blown... and i KNOW its not... and I know it's not the CD because my friend used the same CDs on his computer and it worked fine... and my burner worked fine when i was running windows. I don't need to burn at a slower speed... i was burning at 4X haha.

2nd problem... may be related... the CDs i was using are CD-RWs... I bought a few CD-Rs... I will start to burn the CD, and it will just eject the CD. I have no idea why. I was thinking... When i put the blank CD in the writable drive, a window pops up (opening the CD) it says CD/DVD creator (just liek a folder with a name, u can drag and drop stuff, then burn it using that, but not playable CDs)... and i was thinking that may mess up the CD because that opens... maybe it voids the CD or sumthn... but i dont know how to make that window stop opening...

any help would be greatly appreciated...
