what firmware you on? If on R1J, try updating to R1L.

It happens to me as well, but only when browsing a folder with lots of pictures in it. I reported it here earlier, and had some respons on it from others. It seems that the current firmware can't handle browsing lot's of files. Lots of pictures (in my case) is around +100.

Using R1L and had the same problem with CyberVisitor....
Hopefully next version of firmware could fix this issue.
