> P800 wont get out of virtual flip help!!

its a p800 phone, i put it into virtual flip mode. shut off the phone..when i turned it back on and tryed to get it out of flip it wont work.. all the other virtual buttons work .. just not this little spot..i cnat get it out.. any one know how to ge it out?? the guy at tech support said to update the firmware but they dont have it one the website any more.. any one know were i can get that too???

About the update, the P800 has never been upgraded by web.
You need to take it to a service center.
