Help!

I bought my K750i yesterday, and have charged properly. The camera works fine and all, its just that when I connect the stereo headset (that is provided with the phone), the sound only comes out through the right earpiece, while the left one stays silent. And this just doesn't happen with mp3s, but also with ringtones, games, phone calls etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Try jiggling the connector, if that (temporarily) solves the problem you need to clean the contacts (on headset and phone). If it doesn't then you might want to contact your SE service center.

I would advise to use a mild cleaning alcohol (something like isopropanol, do make sure it's like 97% pure) for cleaning the contacts. I've found the solvent used in lens cleaning wipes (for cleaning lenses, glasses,...) ideal.

Don't use force on the connector prongs, they are easy to bend!

Good luck

The K750 has a different connector. It covers the complete row of pins, IMO you'd have to try hard to plug it in incorrectly.
