I need to extend the amount of thim emy phone rings until voice mail kicks in. At the mo its about 15 seconds, id prefere it to be about 20 or more.

That hasnt worked i didnt get the send option just call and then the usual number not recognized.

Then I suggest you call your network supplier up and ask them.
It is possible with the right code.

It's a GSM standard, so it should work on most (GSM) networks. It's certainly worked for me on Voda and T-Mobile in the UK. Make sure you have the right number for your voicemail service in there.

For voice call diverts, the code is:

**61*destination*11*nn# (nn is number of seconds to ring)

so for Orange, I type:

**61*07973100123*11*30#

then press SEND.
