Just wanted to check if all the oggplay users out there experience the same thing that I go through when using oggplay. Whenever you start playing any song, or when a song is done and the next track starts to play, it seems that the first 3-4 secs of the track are skipped or cut off. You can bring the track bar back to the first 3-4 secs, but its just that transition between songs is not smooth. Is this the norm? I have all my songs at 64KB bitrate.

i have OggPlay 1.10 and P900
in the main window, I just see; titles, albums, artists, genres, subfolders, and files.
I can't see anywhere to creat playlists. you know, selecting only certain songs to play in that list.
If you can tell me how to do it, I'd appreciate it

Isn't subfolders considered a playlist? Hehe, I just made a lot of folders, and then put certain songs in each folder. Playing one subfolder plays only the songs in that folder. That'll work for me as a playlist.
Anyway...
So no one else is experiencing this with Oggplay? The skipping I mean? Only 2 people??? What bitrates are your songs encoded then? Please, share the info guys. Thanks.

Oggplay only supports ogg files. Use
dBpowerAMP to convert to .ogg.
I've only noticed the skipping problem when I converted an audio book to a very low mono bitrate. 64kbps stereo converted from dbpoweramp usually works fine for me.

Hmmm, I might try this dbaudioamp thing then. I've been converting my mp3s to oggs with mediamonkey.
