Just to clarify everything (if you already got it, excuse me

):
We have Memory Stick (MS) and MS Pro, being the main difference between them size and speed. Then we have MS Duo and MS Pro Duo, which are the smaller versions of the previous ones. The P910 can use MS Duo and MS Pro Duo cards. The adaptor that comes with the phone is to be used when you want to introduce a MS Duo or MS Pro Duo on a MS / MS Pro slot. Just because these are bigger than the Duo versions, you should use the adaptor.
But, as you have been told, no adaptor is needed in the P910. Just make sure you get a Duo or Pro Duo MS.
Regards.

Perhaps a silly question is the MS Duo pro really different to the standard MS Duo ?
The reason I ask is because I use a USB memory stick reader to read and write to the MS Duo of my P900.
Will I need to change that reader to read/write MS Duo pro cards (noteably, the 512 mb card that comes with the W800

?)

Depends on when you got the card reader, Most card readers you get today all support duo pro, and will usually say on the packaging. If its a build in reader then usually you can get firmware upgrades, and some you are just shafted. My old Vaio does not have any firmware upgrades and does not support duo pro. So I just have to use the PC instead.
Just a note, you mention that you used it for the MS for you P900, be aware that without a firmware updrade on your P900 to a 910a your phone would not support duo pro.
