after my earpiece breaking on my K750i ive to have it collected on wednesday in exchange for a reconditioned one, which they cant guarantee will be the black one.
i already send the cheap silver piece of crap back to them in order to get this back one!
what chance have you got?!

lol, theres no way they would even be game for that, i told them i defo didnt want the silver as it was terrible looking but they said the only thing i can do is reject it when the courier delivers it then phone them
