Does anyone know of an ericsson service point in the yorkshire area? I wanna to sort the e-mail out on my T39.

Try Convergence Telecom 01759 322600
It is on the York to Hull Road. If you are going to Hull, right hand side. Much nearer to York than Hull.
They did my R380 twice. First time, didn't upgrade the phone fully (2 parts to upgrade for R380). Second time, did it well!

I gave them a call, they only upgrade 39's and below....ah well, the search continues.....

I guess the shop were I bought it would send it away for upgrades (Carphone Warehouse) but I am not sure if they would give me a phone when mine is away.
