I dont know if this is a flip problem or the phone?

Basically some buttons on the flip(closed) are acting as others. The button 'tuv' will sometimes produce 'ABC' or '123'

It only seems to be buttons on the lower part of the flip.
I have problems unlocking my phone. "ok" works fine but i often have to hit '*' lots of time but not without hitting 'ok' again first.

The buttons on the back of the flip work prefectly it seems.

Where can i get a replacement flip?

Have you tried calibrating the screen, this often works a treat when the keypad messes up. Its nothing to do with the actual keypad, so theres no point in buying a new one

Thanks for the help. €40 seems steep though. Might just remove the flip altogether. Anywhere in Dublin that you know of?

the same thing happened to me 2 months ago,did everything possible,removed the flip,cleaned the contacts,l upgraded the firmware.formatted the phone memory,installed everything from the beginning. but no luck. eventually l bought a new keypad for 60 euro. because it was not covered by the warranty.....
