hi, can i change the virtual keyboard on my p910 to one that uses just numbers to input text like on a normal phone? i find the standard keyboard a pain and will soon be removing the flip and want to be able to use my fingers to input not the pen. has this been done? thanks!

not really a good idea to use fingers instead of pen. just had to fix a faulty touchscreen. Quite sensitive that.

Pop-on-top keyboard allows you to create your own keyboard layouts, so you could design a number pad with it.
Unfortunately, it has some design flaws, and hasn't been updated since they first brought it out. I emailed them to tell them what they should fix, and that I was a potential customer, but they obviously didn't care...

If your going to be using fingers instead of the stylus make sure you fit a screen protector

@QWERTY> Will have to check those links. Will it be customisable via Control Panel-> Text Input-> Text Input Setup (alternative Tab) ? ? ?

I can't remember how you customise it. Give the trial a go.

hmmm, I've been using my finger (finger nail actually) for 12 months with my p900. what's the problem with that? No faults yet. everything seems "as new"
