hi peeps,
i need ur help now...for the last few days i havent been able to check my mail, whenever i type hotmail.com or click on the icon on msn that says u have **emails...the pg starts to load then on bottom left it says 'done' meanin loaded,however the pg is blank and nothin appears...
i have tried numerous thigns like clearin cache changin settings...
i think its my comp, cos with my other hotmail account i cant read my mails either... however on my other email accounts with other providers i can... so its something with my comp and hotmail...
any suggestions or ideas...
any help would be highly appriciated

did you change anything before this started happenin? I had the problem when i connected to the internet via proxy servers.

Try to retrace your steps back to when it was working properly... Chances are you may have changed something which has led to this problem...

well,i didnt have anti virus or spyware b4... i installed new software-zone alarm...i dnt think ever since i had that i touched my emails which was few days ago...but absoloutely no viruses or spyware now..think its settings but tried loads of thigns but sitll nothin...
