> How do you remove operator presets on a K750i ?

Hi, I have just bought a K750i but there are some operator presets like startup logos and a menu item that I cannot delete. Is there any way of flashing the phone to a default state ?

Lots of people have tried it - it works very well. It completely overwrites the branded firmware with unbranded, so there's no chance of it coming back unless you inadvertently re-flash the branded firmware.
