How can I disable the sound that my t68 plays when I turn it on or off?

Just read the post now!
Have tested this and silent should work to stop the startup and shutdown sound.. I have the software R2E006 so not sure about the earlier versions to wether it's the same as never tested it.. Welcome to Esato and enjoy you're stay here!
If you are unsure how to check your SW let us know..
