Hi guys,
just a quickie, im sure you'll help me in no time.
I'm using PC Suite v 1.4.0.1, and never had any probs.
However, recently I asked it to sync with Outlook and normally the security thing pops up asking to give it access to Outlook.
For some reason it's stopped asking for permission (ie, the box dusnt pop up) and I can't sync - any help???

I'm thinking the window you used to get was something to do with a firewall....? Now for some reason it's kicked in big time, and won't allow a program to run.
go to your firewall settings, and check you have mrouterruntime allowed. If not, allow it. If it's not there, add it, and allow it (it's in the program files/intuwave (and a bit further down) directory)

Yup....theres "mrouterruntime" and another one.....which need to be allowed in the firewall settings.....check the readme file in the PC suite program folder....

Yeh, ive done the usual, reinstall, reoboot, etc, still no joy.
I have XP, using Norton firewall. I havent changed the firewall settings, but ive checked and they are all fine, allowing the mrouterruntime.
