combining k750i's front and back cover with w800's middle panel, then upgrading k750i's firmware to w800i's. what do yall think?

I was thinking about doing this but after looking at it i dont think so. I would prefere W800 front and back covers with K750 chassis, looks sweet.

but anyway....is it legal/illegal to uprgrade firmware on my k750i to w800i?
i ask this becoz, i want my k750 2do da same tings as a w800i (especially da flight mode). And so therefore dont wna buy a w800i jus for that functionality and also the k750i looks more professional...knw wot i mean
