> IRDA sync not working
Bookmark topic
Hi All,
I am getting some trouble syncronizing my T68m with my PC. I bought an Infrared USB port. It is correctly installed, and the cellphone does get recognized by the system.
The problem is that I can syncronize once, but after that, nada. XTND opens, but does not find the cell.
I already configured the IR port to 9600 but it still does not work.
Any tips about this ? May be anything to do with the software version ?
Thanks in advance.

Maybe you should take a look in the bios. A collegue of mine had a similar problem with a Nokia. The computer sees the phone but he couldn't do anything. It turned out that he had the wrong setting for the infrared. Make sure that it is on IRDA and not some other standard.

That's some good info.
But to tell you the thruth, my IRDA adapter is an IRDA USB device. It is an IRDA port that you connect to the USB 1.1, since I didn't find an IRDA interface to connect directly to the motherboard.
Where I can find these specifications ? It could help to find out what is wrong.
Thanks!
