How do I disable divert call on "No reply"? When I try to cancel it inside the no reply menu, I get the message "No reply Call restricted". However, I would like to have it enabled on busy and and when it`s turned off/outside covered area.

This facility may be restricted by your network operator, some operators do this to increase revenue.
