heya every1 ..
are there any websites where i can upload my mp3 and 3gp files so i can download them via wap ..
i have tried a few but whenever i download it says requested page cant be found ..
so are there any websites ?

but i downloaded other uploaded files ..
has this something to do with my pc or handphone ?

Most likely it has something to do with your phone. If the PC has uploaded the files successfully than it should be alright.
Maybe your phone isnt capable of downloading large files or can't play mp3's. Or maybe your service provider limits the file size. It shouldn't be your computer though.
