Hi,
I'm having trouble updating my k750i using the sonyericsson.co.uk/support site, it gets as far as me turning my phone off and holding C whilst re-connecting it to the USB cable, but then it just sits at 0% and doesn't do anything! Any ideas on what this is all about? Also is there any other way for me to update my phone without using the site?

I bought my SE K750i from a vendor in NY, and they importd it from Europe. I think I have the latest firmware: R1L002, but I tired to update and also got stuck on the part where you have to reconnect your phone holding the C button, I connect it to the USB, the phone turns on, and it appears as if my compter does not recognize the MMC and the installation does not go anywhere from there.
I have variant reception on my phone, at home I have 0-1 bars, and at work I have all 5, but sometimes at work I have 0-1 as well, but after taking out the sim card, trying it in another phone, and putting it back in I got the 5 bars at work. My old sim free verizon t720 phone got perfect 5 par reception everywhere at work at home and even on the train, but with the K750i I get unreliable service and uncalled for drops.
