Hi,

I'm having trouble updating my k750i using the sonyericsson.co.uk/support site, it gets as far as me turning my phone off and holding C whilst re-connecting it to the USB cable, but then it just sits at 0% and doesn't do anything! Any ideas on what this is all about? Also is there any other way for me to update my phone without using the site?

Have you downloaded all the usb drivers and install them?

750_USB_Drivers and D750_K750_W800_Update_Service_USB_driver

If not, you may try again
