Hi,
I sync my P900 with Outlook2003, everything - but categories - works fine. But if I turn off my phone (e.g. battery runs out, graffitti hangs) the most recent data since the last power-off is gone (calendar entries, notes, etc.). Has anybody also expierenced this?

using a filemanager (like the one included with Sman) check if you have a directory named startup under c:\documents or c:\documents\Media Files if you do just delete it and everything should be fine.
