Hi,
Have data cable for K700i. Installed onto PC ok and will recognise phone OK. Can open contents of phone to view each folder but can not open folders. When try to open folders get error message "uNEXPECTED ERROR - UNABLE TO ESTABLISH CONNECTION" when i clikc ok my PC then dies completely after showing another brief error message. Have followed instructions for installing data cable and am not sure where I am going wrong. Any ideas?

1) what kind of datacable do you have? USB, Serial... ->see point 3)
2) what kind of software are you using? It can be a software bug -> download/update new version!
3) PC serial speed settings: maybe too fast, reduce it at 115200 or 57600 or 38400 bps (make a step by step trial from the Windows Control Panel/Hardware/COM ports)
4) software not designed for you mobile... look for a better one as FMA (Float's Mobile Agent) and anyway use always the last version available (download it and/or online software update)!!!
