Was just wondering how long are u supposed 2 charge it for before its first use?

In the manual, it doesnt say nefink buot it but it does say to charge it for 2.5 hours??!! (maybe thats after normal use)

listen to the manual, thats how the manufacturer suggests, they are the ones to believe, no-one else.

The Manual says approximately 4 Hours, and it may take upto 30 minutes before the phone even starts to Charge,

Cheers,

Nowadays most phone batteries don't need to be on charge for extended periods prior to their first use, as most are pre charged at their factories. So you only need charge it until it reaches its full capacity, Unless i am totally mistaken. This message was posted from a P910

Just got my new w800i phone an hour ago.

I charged it right away, and now it says fully charged after just an hour. I turned it on and a lightning symbol is on the battery icon. I turned the phone off again, and it let out a "Charging" message again. Should I leave it being charged for another 2 hours?

There is no needs to do that, as your phone is full charged now, go ahead enjoy!
