If i plug my memory stick into a card reader i get an error message of not an i/o device yet i can drop files no problem using the supplied usb data cable? The standard 64mb memory stick works no problem in the card reader?? Anyone else having this similar problem??

Only explanation here is that the Sandisk may not be compatible with your card reader, although I highly doubt that. Have u tried formatting the card?

Yes, I had the same prob. your reader doesnt support Pro cards. I bought a new card reader, works now.
