Thanks for reading. I need some help with a problem. I managed to damage the screen on my P800 and it was cheaper to buy a secondhand P800 via Ebay than have a replacement screen fitted. All works fine with one problem. On the replacement unit when I download emails it wipes out any previously recieved messages. I cant find anything in the setup to correct this but this never happened on my old unit which retained all the old emails and you had to delete them manually. I don't want the emails to be deleted without me doing so. Is there anyone who can tell me what I have to do ?

P-series sud leave copy of email in the mail server, are you sure you not download it to pc? if you also download your email from pc it ll wipe email from th server (you can set it not to tho)

Thanks for the reply but its not the problem. I know the server holds the mail for download beacuse I download the messages when I return home. This happens even before you have downloaded to the PC
