Does anybody know where the thread is that tells you the best settings for converting a video for k750i ? Thanks, I did a seach but couldnt find

It states that the best settings are:

128kbit/s 25fps video and 128kbit/s stereo audio
or
160kbit/s 25fps video and 96kbit/s mono audio
