i am from Florida ,Usa and was up at the gas station by my house getting gas when i looked down and seen this pinkish sheet of paper that had a GB on it so i pick it up and it is a Great Britan Drivers lincence my Question to you is, Is it easy to get another one or should i try mailing back to them????????

DVLA is where you get British licences and its not too hard to get a replacement for a lost one.
It might give the person piece of mind that it wasn't stolen (perhaps for identity theft) to have it sent back to them and I'm sure that it wouldn't cost you much
