> k750i service update problem

i have got a k750i and it will not update with the service on SE's web site. it runs through it all then when it comes to turn the phone off and disconnect the usb cable. then hold C and switch back on. nothing happens it just sits there. its one of the very first k750's any ideas?

First off, you need to remove the Sony Ericsson K750 USB driver from Device Manager that indows automatically installed (Listed under Universal Serial Bus Controllers)
Next, download new drivers from here

Unzip the files to a folder that's easy to find
Plug the phone into the USB cable and when prompted to search for drivers, point Windows to the folder where you unzipped the files.
Go back to SE website and follow the instructions again for updating the firmware. Remember to click on Automatic in the Automatical Verification Mode and not Recovery Mode.
