> clean up my phone-format?

well i have my K750i for over 2 weeks now!
and after downloading 120games,45themes,a lot of programs(mostly shareware and demo's) i think its time to get myself a 512mb memory card for my phone...
but before i'm going to put it in i was wondering how to COMPLETELY clean up my phone?
i once had a nokia 6600 and he had this FORMAT option(when you put the phone on you had to press 3 keys and then he would TOTALLY clear itself-screen saying FORMAT- and its mem card and put itself back to the original firmware en stuff...)
is there any way i can do this with my SE k750i?
i want something that goes further then factory recal(fabrieksinstellingen in dutch)
i hope there is a way...so i can realy start my phone again from scratch and only put the things on i daily use
